Located in the Sunnyside neighborhood in San Francisco. Close to Bart/Muni/highways and downtown will make our work commutes very easy. There is a decent sized backyard that is fully landscaped. The garage is unfinished, but has enough room for two cars (or one car, two bikes and a brewery), some storage and a laundry area.

Why?

After 5.5 years of updating, hacking, adding and removing different plug-ins and services, I need to remove some of the bloat. Look for better use of categories, pages and other WordPress features that I have skipped.
