We bought a garage!
And a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house came attached!
Located in the Sunnyside neighborhood in San Francisco. Close to Bart/Muni/highways and downtown will make our work commutes very easy. There is a decent sized backyard that is fully landscaped. The garage is unfinished, but has enough room for two cars (or one car, two bikes and a brewery), some storage and a laundry area.

I hope you don’t take this personally, but hwo much does a place liek this go for in the area? I’m in Toronto (Canada) and have been dreaming of moving to Cali for AGES. San Fran is high on my list, and it is now finally feasible for me to move. Feel free to reply directly to me, if you don’t want this to be public knowledge. Any hints / tips would also be welcome.
