ToBeNamed IPA

PB.com has been quiet as of late. Been too busy trying to do too many things. Since Miriam is on crutches for awhile, I decided to brew alot this summer. The plan is to brew every other weekend, and to try to have a few beers always in the works. I will post the recipes soon, and include some updates on the progress.

Here is what is going now:

  • Moving Violation: Ready to drink – it could use another week or two to be ready for public consumption. The bottle over the weekend was good, but I think it could use another week.
  •  Dhania Wheat: Bottle Conditioning. somewhere between a Wit Beer and American Wheat. Expecting some strong citrus/orange flavors.
  • To-be-named IPA: In Primary and fermenting. Brewed yesterday and fermentation almost instantly.
  • Oak’d W90: One month into oak barrel aging. Won’t be ready until this fall.

What am I going to do with all of this beer? Stay tuned…
